If you follow along on my stories you would see that my journey back into working out has been pretty relaxed and slow. When I was pregnant I thought I’d whip straight back into my normal workout routine 6 weeks pp but honestly I’m listening to my body and not putting any pressure on myself to “gain back my body”. The first 12 weeks were exhausting enough with recovery and breastfeeding. Currently I’m going for daily walks, reformer Pilates 2x a week, and recently I’ve started to incorporate boxing and circuit training once a week. I’ve also done a couple of hill runs this past week 😍
