My heart has hurt that so many people I know have lost loved ones & my DM’s are filled with stories of loss💔😢 I just want to share a few things that helped me with the loss of a loved one: 1. I decided to live each day bigger, enjoy each sunset more, live bolder, braver and live the very most of each day, in honor of my dad. 2. Find ways to laugh. When my head and eyes were in almost excruciating pain from crying non-stop, I would watch comedy specials at night to give my brain and heart a break from crying and fall asleep to. Laughter is an incredible way to help handle the worst of times. 3. If you feel you had things you wanted to tell someone that has moved to heaven, you can write a letter, so your mind and heart feel like they got all the things they wanted to express out.✨ 4. This doesn’t get talked about much but the pain in the morning when you wake up & your brain remembers, and you don’t want to be awake. This initial shock and sting when you wake up, fades away. It only lasts during the initial grieving period and will lessen until it doesn’t happen anymore. I just want to you to know it doesn’t last for always❤️ you’ll always miss them but that shocking pain won’t always hurt like that. 5. I want you to know you’re not alone. That helped me feel like I could make it, if others had too. We can all live bigger, make holidays beautiful and festive in their honor, to make them proud. I hope just one person felt comfort from this. I hope someone felt a spark of hope to live bigger and live more out of each day in honor of your precious loved one waiting in heaven. I pray you feel the comfort & hope of heaven like the warmest, biggest hug, wrapping you up in love & hope, knowing you have a huge heavenly hug, waiting for you, forever. And that sparkles of hope, comfort & love from heaven start to sparkle up heavenly wonder and love, like sunshine-on-your-heart gifts, blessing your day, direct from heaven and God and your loved one❤️✨ Life is short but heaven is forever❤️ I hope you can feel my love & the hug I wish I could give to every hurting heart❤️」10月26日 12時04分
