Ingredients: 1 savoy cabbage, 10 sweet green chillies, 25 string beans, red chili powder, 4 onions, oil, salt, pepper, cauliflower leaves, a plate of mitin shuro (yellow dried-pea powder), a plate of split peas, yeast, and teff flour.

You'll need to cook ingredients separately, and preparation takes three days. For injera (flatbread): Mix one kilo of teff flour and one spoon of yeast with water until you obtain a smooth and dense dough. Let it ferment for three days; the dough will soften. Add water until it becomes cream-like. Use it in the same way as when you make crepes. / Curry: Stir-fry three chopped onions and 10 chopped chillies in oil for a few minutes. Add three cups of water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the split peas and the plate of mitin shuro. Mix well, cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. / Cauliflower leaves: Boil in water. Drain, chop, and fry them with oil, onion, and salt. / Liquid curry (the small orange spots in the photo): Fry lightly half an onion and a pinch of hot chili powder in some oil. Add 200 grams of mitin shuro and two cups of water. Cook for 20 minutes. / String beans and savoy salad: Slice the savoy into strips and chop the beans. Boil together. Drain and saute with oil and chili for about 10 minutes. Serve.
