But for the first time in my life I know that’s OK because I’m not going to be perfect and it’s going to take time. I’m not just changing how I eat and adding more physical activity into my life. I’m changing my lifestyle, I’m changing how I think, how I feel about things, how I cope. And that’s hard, and it’s ok to stumble, as long as you get back up. I made mistakes, I ate things I wasn’t suppose to, I wasn’t able to workout for the last week due to a back injury, but that’s ok. I didn’t give up this time.
