And being a student now is sometimes really challenging and requires a good daily routine, especially with family.  I really underestimated the impact on my daily rhythm once training wasn't the most important thing anymore. No more training schedules from my trainer and no racing schedule from my team to give me guidance for the day and structure in my life.   I had to organise everything on my own now. It took me a while to get used to my new freedom of choice and how I can structure my day and be really aware that this is something I need to learn after my career. It's actually a great process to go through and now I found a good routine for me and for us as family.  A good help for me was to set strict time slots for things I want to get done. That helps to reach small goals and be productive. Procrastination is my worst enemy and it's a daily struggle to not give in and lose a couple of hours on social media or surfing the internet.
