Before this year, one of my favorite things to do was find a good cocktail bar and try something new off their menu. This year, bars in Los Angeles have been closed since March. I reached out to a couple of my favorite bartenders in town to ask them for their best recipes, or cocktails they’ve been making at home while unable to be behind a bar serving their community. This project is not over, I intend to eventually put them all together in to a book. So, if you’re a bartender whose work has been affected by COVID-19, get in touch!
