Today in Gloucestershire, The Prince of Wales paid thanks to our country’s postal workers, particularly during the pandemic and the busy run-up to Christmas. 📮
This week alone, the @royalmailofficial Delivery Office in Cirencester will process more than 300,000 items of mail. 📦📬 Covid-19 restrictions have revived the art of letter writing, which has led to a big rise in parcel deliveries throughout the pandemic.
Later, The Prince visited the interactive galleries at the @coriniummuseum, which depict the story of life in the Cotswolds from 40,000 years ago to the early-Corinium era. The newly opened displays hold more than 600 objects and artefacts. 🔍
