And when you’re feeling up for it you can also collect and heat the home up to 72°+ with the wood stove and circulate the warm air. ⁣ ⁣ Another advantage of doing a central hvac is getting A/C in the summer if you want to use it + it’s easy to add a HRV for fresh air ventilation + for an extra $1k I added a very nice electronic whole house air filter. It was difficult for me to decide between a monoslab foundation or crawl space but this heating system (and easy access for future repairs/changes) was what swayed me. ⁣ ⁣ And!
