2020 full of simultaneous beauty and pain. my beautiful bright bebecita turned 1. we bought our blessing of a dream home. we retired grandma (my mama). i dropped a #2 / #1 RNB album mid quarantine and pumped out videos from the garage. became a video director, editor and we birthed our production company @honeyshotproductions from my bedroom. i met instant family & elders i wouldn’t trade for the world that changed and saved my life. this year i gained angels.. tomorrow it will be one whole year since we lost Lexii. we lost Chynna this year. Ryan. i miss you all so much, but i feel you with me more than ever. i made a lot of music with my friends, made a whole new relationship with music & art it itself. this year i learned to love me. this year i fell in love with my process. ending the year heart full, spirit elevated, forever changed. word to my ancestors, elders, loved ones, and anyone who sent me love this year. it’s been a hard one for everyone and the world keeps turning, in this time i hope we keep leaning on eachother, leaning inward, and leaning on the those that walked before us. angels all around. blessed new year everyone.
