When I offered a zoom fitness contest, I never realized how many women wanted to get their bodies “back” after giving birth. That is not a realistic goal. After three children, my body was never the same. But it became stronger, curvier and definitely something I’m proud of. We can’t set the clock back. But that doesn’t mean we can’t improve mentally, physically and become more resilient . That should be the goal. Xx
