Be open minded, embrace other views (especially if you consume meat and seafood!), get as much information as possible, have those difficult discussions about what you eat and how it got to your plate. ⠀ It is normal to feel emotional about living creatures losing their life for food. I never enjoy pulling the trigger on a fish (or a bird), but I choose to put myself outside my comfort zone rather than encouraging unethical and environmentally damaging practices. I choose to eat less meat, but to eat it the right way. I wasn’t born a hunter.
