Often as athletes we are always focused on the importance of physical strength and rehabilitation neglecting the most powerful muscle (organ) in our body. I’ve been guilty of doing this but it’s never to late to turn that around. Place your focus on your mental state as uncomfortable as that may feel at the start, and sometime added assistance works wonders. 💫🌟 With my number ones for my first pro race to kick off the 2021 season.
