Hi everyone, I hope you’ll enjoy this surprise. Back when we were recording the string session @churchstudios for my Taller album, we also performed an impromptu live recording of 'You Can't Hide Away From Love' with the @londonsymphonyorchestra. It was about a year after I’d written the song and the first time I was really ‘hearing’ it in its entirety with @troy_miller ‘s beautiful string arrangement. I pull all the faces you try not to pull when there is an audience in front of you. I guess it was a moment for the musicians in the room - almost private, just to enjoy playing together. It was filmed, as ever by the supremely talented @muchformuchness, the audio was recorded on the camera microphone and it felt like a really beautiful moment. I hope you enjoy it. (Link in bio)
