And if you know me you know I love being part of a team 🤩 • Okay in reality I started CrossFit because ya girl moved to a new city 3 1/2 years ago and had no friends (ugh so sad I know) SO in order to meet people I figured I either join a gym or go to the bars by myself....since I’m so responsible I decided to join a gym and let me tell you I am so glad I did 🙃 not only have I met some of the most AMAZING people but I was also able to figure out who I am post gymnastics. The gymnastics community is a pretty cool community...but the fitness/CrossFit community?! Now that’s next level. • -Was I terrified to walk into a CrossFit gym?
