We remember Philippe Venet, the French designer and partner of the late Hubert de Givenchy, who died in Paris, aged 91, with a look back at some of his work in Vogue. An expert tailor, Venet established his own couture house in 1962 after working for Schiaparelli and Givenchy. He was known for his clean-lined pieces, which were at once classic and youthful.
