At Fred Segal, we are disheartened to learn that over 2 million women left the workforce in 2020. Some of this was due to job cuts, but this predominantly affected women of color and women who were left without childcare due to the pandemic. 

Fred Segal was founded on the principle of loving one another, and we want to share love and help during this time.

We are donating 60 minutes each of our time to someone who is out of work to mentor them to get back on their feet and in the workforce. We can help build resumes, prep for interviews, etc.
