When you buy sashimi, do you move it to another plate?
I do, but I heard that fishmonger didn’t recommend it.
It’s better to eat as it is than to eat after moving.
Why?
Caused by fish drip.
So I bought “tsuma”(cut Japanese radish into really thin strips).
Sashimi on new tsuma was absolutely delicious!!
I’d like to eat again!!
But I think that tsuma is expensive...
