This super bouldery and intense route opened by @betoboulder first ascended by @will_bosi in the La Capella Sector basically breaks down into a 13 move 8b+/c boulder problem followed by an 8b route. The entire rig totals out at 40 moves, and in the video we can only see until the 24th move, whats missing is a rather delicate vert/slab, which is not that hard but still possible to slip off. The first clip is my best try so far where I fall on the last really hard move of the initial sequence, after grabbing the left hand crimp incorrectly. The next clip is a link I feel quite comfortable doing, completing the sequence from where I fall until the ending. So far I have been doubling down on this and La Capella on the same day, making good tries in both (amazing training but exhausting) but will soon need to alternate days between the two if I want my skin to survive. I feel like I’m gaining the strength and resistance to achieve both of these projects, but considering the style of climbing, I will need more luck with the weather. I’d love to say I’m optimistic about sending but after a week of rain here in Spain, the summer heat creeping hard, and the terrible looking forecast, I’m very uncertain 🤯 I’m gonna keep making concentrated tries until the end of May, so lets see what the stars hold 🙌🏻 Music is from a new set I’m working on 🤟 @adidasterrex @fiveten_official @petzl_official @climb_up_officiel @tensionclimbing @frictionlabs @sendclimbing
