One goal among the many other goals I have this year is to stop using harsh filters on my face 🥺👉👈 Even though I follow a lot of body positive influencers, it’s a hard thing to do...but, I know I can do it. Step by step. Reduce filter settings, sometimes take pictures with a real camera. Little by little. I know I can do this because when my body dysmorphia gets really bad and I look into the mirror, or feel clothes against my skin and it starts to feel weird I tell myself “I am seeing, sensing a distorted reality” and I can overcome that yucky feeling. It just takes me a bit longer with pictures 😢
