Traveling for the last 7 week and my attitude towards working out on the road had to change. Here are My tips for staying in Shape while traveling. Thanks @rocabellamykonos for the beautiful background

1-short and sweet - Condense your workouts. Don’t worry about not doing as much as you typically would at home. Think about super setting to get more done in less time.

2. Walk instead of always taking an Uber and take the stairs instead of the elevator or the escalator at the airport.

3. Bring a jump rope. Besides being a great work out it makes you more Atheltic.

4. Keep a list of body weight workouts. Or get the @fitnessculturetraining (we have a BW program)

5. Stay positive. Realize you’re not gonna work out as much as he would typically at home. This doesn’t mean all of your hard work is going down to two. Lots of times and all or nothing attitude will leave you in a worse off position. Do what you can with what you can.

Bonus tip- At dinner order a healthy appetizer and then box up half of your main dish- Or let your partner eat the rest LOL
