A year ago, I didn’t even know if the Trials would happen. Now, my biggest race in the last 5 years is finally here. This has been a longer journey than I could have ever imagined, and I can’t wait to get out there and toe the line for a chance to compete in Tokyo.

When things were at their most uncertain, and the games were hanging in the balance, my friend and former teammate Michael McGrath @themikemcgrath decided to document this unique moment in time.
