On the heels of the announcement of a new #SaintsRow, here’s a little walk down memory lane with one of the longest running characters of my career: #JohnnyGat. Though he couldn’t be any less like me, that made him so much fun to play, especially as a voiceover character, where you can find such a sense of freedom. From action to comedy to even musical numbers(!), he got to run the range, all with tongue firmly in cheek - and thankfully, only pretend violence.
Though he may no longer be in the games, he remains one of my most memorable roles, not to mention one of my first lead roles as an Asian American character. Thanks for all of it, Johnny. ⚜️
