Strictly speaking... Classical Music "originates" from Europe, so, quite often, you'll hear asian composers interpret & reinvent it with influences of their heritage 👏🏻 Examples include: 🪕 Integrating asian instrumentation E.g. chinese Pipa or Erhu 📝 Historically popular music theory E.g. pentatonic scale system 🙏🏼 Very stretched-out music phrase buildups E.g. influenced by the chinese methodology of adapting to the Tao/universe, and hence gaining eternal life!
