That’s Life - Frank Sinatra feat. Jay Z • Jay Z was on Instagram briefly this week, so this is as good an opportunity as any to share a video of our “That’s Life” Short Dance.

We’re so proud of how this program came together! The vision was to create a piece that would reflect a collaboration between Frank Sinatra and Jay Z if they had worked on a song together.

The thematic parallels between the two artists are numerous, but the finished remix and choreo would not have been possible without the talents and efforts of @ryanigram, @hok, and @ayehasegawa.

The mix incorporates a bunch of Jay Z songs. Can you pick out which ones we sampled? Also listen for the “Blades of Glory” sample!
