ポトフのカレーもラスト。主食のスパゲットーニは60gくらい、きのこと芋で増量。

This morning, I made curry out of leftover pot-au-feu. Now I have used up all the soup. I used 60 grams of spaghettoni, which is half the amount I usually use. I increased the amount with mushrooms and potatoes, and I was full.
