Pull ups and lat pulldowns are great to get you wider, but if you’re looking to etch in that extra bit of detail you have to add in some seated rows.This exercise places heavy emphasis on the mid back and helps strengthen and add thickness to this area.

Keep your chest up so that you can push your shoulder blades together as you pull the cables towards you. Notice how cables give you that added freedom - start the row with your palms facing the ground, rotate your wrists ever so slightly as you pull the cables so when you hit that pause your palms are now facing each other.

Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds, then I bring it back down to the starting position. Give a try and let me know what you think!
