Access to school has had an important role in my life. It gave me the necessary security to choose what I wanted to do with my life. I stopped my studies after the baccalaureate to pursue modeling but school gave me the discipline that I needed to pursue my career choice, taught me that to succeed in any field work and effort are necessary. I was often in competition with other boys in my class and studying allowed me to get confidence in myself, show me that my skills as a girl and a woman were equal to those of men. In times of conflict as at the moment in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world, access to education is even more important because it allows children and future adults the opportunity to know and defend their fundamental rights. This is why I support the NGO @planfrance which fights that every girl can have the same chances of access to quality education as boys.
