Fitzy Ripe Delight:
- 1 cup of frozen cherries 🍒
- 1/3 cup of frozen Raspberries
- Vanilla @almondbreezeaus to combine.. use as needed but not too much where it turns into a smoothie.
- 2 cups of shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 Tsp of Honey
- 1 Tsp of Greek yoghurt ( optional)
- 170-200g of your fav dark choccy
