It marks the day where I counted her precious last breathes in my arms. It marks the day where I lost the one thing I loved more than everything else in this world put together. It marks a year since my heart broke and a huge part of my soul was lost, never to be fixed - never to be found. I want it to also mark the start of change for government and cancer research funding to increase for children. Less than 3% is not enough for these children, who give nothing less than 100%. Less than 3% is not enough for their parents, who would give their own life in place of their child.
