Together with @cnstntdvlpmnt, we're empowering the next generation of Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) designers through using the Creative Discovery Tool, sketchbooks. In honor of Juneteenth, we are excited to celebrate this year's graduating class from the Timberland x CNSTNT:DVLPMNT Creative Discovery Tools Program.

Founded by Timberland footwear designer @chrisdixonnc, CNSTNT:DVLPMNT elevates young innovators with a goal to facilitate growth in creative industries.

Investing in design education is just one pillar of our commitment to #TheWork. As we reflect and observe the significance of Juneteenth, we're also intensifying our efforts to fight systemic racism by working across four pillars dedicated to building a more equitable and inclusive world.
