The final preparations before race day is all about nutrition. Nutrition is intentional. With race day almost here, it’s so important to make sure I am properly recovered from my workouts, reduce any inflammation, sleep better, and get more antioxidants. I pay close attention to how I fuel my body and how to recover properly for the next day. I’ve been drinking tart cherry juice since my college days at USC. These days i only drink @Cheribundi. I use it immediately after training to help my body recover and be ready to go come race day. My first day is Tuesday July 19th!! #CheribundiPartner
