B2: 10 x Constant Tension End Range Hip Thrusts

C1: 15 x Extra Range Side Lying Leg Raises (each side)
C2: 30 x Lateral Band Steps
3 SETS
D1: 10 x Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridge (each side)
2 SETS
E1: Banded RDLs
