Excited to put down the send this weekend and get onto some new projects 🔥 Fun facts about working The Hulk: -Oak Flat was crazy windy on both days I worked The Hulk. Even worse during the second session 🌬️ 😂 -I put in 30 attempts (full and working moves) on February 3 and had all of the moves completed except for the third move to the double slot. -I put in another 28 attempts on February 10 and stuck the elusive third move on attempt 28 (not from the start). I felt solid after finally sticking the third move, so I took a nice rest away from the wind and got the send on attempt 29 😄 -I got a split on my pinky during both sessions in the exact same spot from a little spike on the second hold. 🩸 -I’ve heard this boulder called V9-V13 with not a lot of ascents or traffic on it 😂 -Grades aside, this personally felt like the hardest boulder I’ve ever done outside.
