お家で抹茶をたててみたよ🍵🌱
私が茶道のお稽古を始めたきっかけが、お兄ちゃんから2年前に貰った抹茶のセットだったの。抹茶セットでお茶を点てる前に、、ぜひ茶道で作法を習ってから点ててみたいなと思って、今日は初めてお家で点てたよ❕

お茶を一口飲んだ時に感じた事。。。
頭の中が空っぽになって。。。小さな悩み事がどこかに飛んじゃって、今この瞬間に生きているんだ。。幸せって感じたよ。😌

I tried making matcha at home🌱🇯🇵
The reason I started taking Japanese tea ceremony class was because two years ago my brother gave me a matcha set. I wanted to make tea with a traditional matcha set. But I also wanted to make it after learning proper manners & etiquette at the tea ceremony. So today became the day🤍
When I take a one sip of tea...I forget small worries and I feel grateful to be alive in the moment. Arigatoooo!!
