[update] A few weeks ago I did an ‘ask me anything’ on stories. One of the frequently asked questions was about competing and where I stand. Every time it got asked, I felt a little pain. Not physically, ‘cause I’m almost used to that.. but mentally. Reason: in all openness I don’t know actually. After the bone fracture I have recovered for the most part but my back never fully recovers. I can get to 95% but I need %100 to perform. That last 5 percent, I don’t know when and if it will come. This is the hardest period I’ve been in as an athlete, step by step it’s getting a bit better and I keep doing everything I can to be sprinting at the highest level again, but I need a lot of hard work, support and eventually luck. 🧡🙏🏻
