27 weeks pregnant & 27 weeks of me going hard at the gym👏 The results don’t lie. You can put on muscle mass during pregnancy. Working out at this point has been less about body goals and more about my overall well-being but I also can’t help but notice my progress & it makes me so proud. I’ve overcome the fatigue & discomfort by being consistent & showing up for myself.
