It releases endorphins, the feel-good chemicals into our brain! 🧠✨ Every time I sing, it doesn’t matter what state I’m in initially, I feel so unbelievably happy and euphoric afterwards. Maybe that explains why we wrote, recorded, mixed, mastered and shot 8 music videos for my new album “88” in less than a month! Can’t help it when inspiration strikes. 🤣😂 Creating this latest piece of art was such a cathartic experience for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to do it with. “88” is all about self-love, balance and refocusing. Sometimes we forget to focus on loving ourselves fully. We need to remember to put energy into our own growth and expansion, trust the journey and really focus on where we want to be, who we want to be, where we’d like to be and who we’d like to surround ourselves with.
