This person is pretending it to be a fanpage account and titled it that way so that Instagram will not shut him/her down BUT is pretending to be me when DM/messaging other people! So PLEASE report this person and also the messages that are being sent to you, dont just block Report the message and the account! I have reported this account to Instagram numerous times and they came back to me with an idiotic reply saying they didnt shut the account down because they havve been getting mobbed with the same type of reports?!!! WTH?!!! Thats just another way of saying "Oh Sorry We are Too Busy to look into your problem that may harm thousands of people BUT we do have enough time to reply to you to say that we wont look into your problem which probably wouldve taken the same amount of time to read and reply to this message!" Instagram Security DO YOUR JOBS MAN!!! Delete these shady accounts before nice innocent people are put in danger/jeopardy and difficult/bad situations from these shady fale Accounts!!!
