After almost 3 years I am finally lifting again pain free!

It’s been a long journey and I’ve learned so much about training and how to use hypertrophy and bodybuilding to rebuild my body and a way that was safe and conductive to getting stronger and healthier physically!

I am learning to trust my body again in more complex movements and learning when to push or stay back!

Now here is 2 tips for getting stronger
1: Be a junkyard dog
2: Put your big girl pants on

✅Part 1
Emom 10 (every minute on the minute)
2 behind the neck snatch grip push press
3 over head squat

* focus on maintaining a strong overhead position and keeping your heels down through all the squat

✅Part 2
Every 2 minutes for 10 sets
Set 1-4: 3 snatch from block
Set 5-8: 2 snatch from block
Set 9-10: 1 snatch from block

* build up in load and focus on speed through the middle

✅Part 3
4 sets
4 weighted wide grip pull-up
4 strict wide grip pull-up
4 jumping pull-up with 3 sec negative
Rest 2 minutes between set

* use 3 strict version that goes from hardest to easiest
