Branzino w/ miso arugula! 🤍🎣💚 Clean, nourishing, & tastyyyy… Recipe below
1. Take one spoonful of light yellow miso paste & dilute until preferred consistency with white rice vinegar. Drizzle a bit of honey for sweetness.
2. Add dressing to 2 handfuls of arugula.
3. Begin steaming your Branzino… I layed mine on Napa cabbage in my @ourplace bamboo steamer but you can steam however you like! (I also threw in some mushrooms as well)
4. Season with salt and let steam for about 5 minutes till cooked (This will vary depending on the fish/filet so just check to make sure it’s finished, but it doesn’t take long!)
5. Plate & drizzle yuzu ponzu + chopped green onion on top!
6. Serve & Enjoy 💚
