I made this to remind myself that my body has just been on the most incredible journey, and it deserves my love and respect. It took 9 months to grow a perfect little baby, and now I need to be patient whilst it recovers. It's hard feeling like a stranger in your own body. It's hard to feel confident in a body that is bleeding and leaking and hurting. It's hard to feel confident when you're unsure about what to wear. But I know this is part of the journey, that I need to resist the unrealistic pressures on us and just allow my body to do its thing. Either way, I'm so proud of it and my new scar. 🙏❤️
