This didn't happen over night. It's been Yearssss of training. Growing up as a dancer traning almost every single day. Started my gym journey as a teenager. Continued throughout my 20's, 30's and now 40! Consistency and dedication is what got me here. I worked for this and continue to every single day. You can too! It's never too late to start. Every day is a new day. Showing up for yourself is half the battle. Regardless, of what life throws your way, never stop believing in who you are and lose yourself. Stop making the excuses.
