Yuzu🍋Cocktail🍸Friday🍶

2 shots High Quality Japanese Sake 🍶
1/4 cup Ginger Simple Syrup
1/4 cup Japanese Yuzu 🍋
1 part Vermouth or Elderflower Liquor 🍸
ice
seltzer water

Add into a martini shaker + shake, pour, add seltzer to top off, add edible flowers to top & chill

HOT TIPS to learn from a Japanese Chef//Writer
1- Sake is a fermented Japanese rice wine using polished rice & koji) sake contains less alcohol than hard liquors (which makes it easy on saturday am 🤠 no hangover city for me, thanks)
2- Yuzu 🍋is a citrus fruit from Japan, similar to kabosu or meyer lemons 🍋
3- How to make Simple Syrup? make in a saucepan with 3 parts sugar, 1 part ginger, 3 parts water, boil gently, cool and add to a squeeze bottle for bartending
