Throughout her career as a professional dancer, actor and trainer, @taraanicolas says she often found herself working out for the wrong reasons. “I was fitting into other people’s boxes.” When a period of stress and health scares helped her realize that a regimented routine was not her route to wellness, she learned to quiet the outside noise and turn up her inner voice. Now her movement is intuitive and intentional. And above all else? It’s for herself.
