This house is it! 🤌🏻✨
So many very small new construction homes are popping up ALL over Seattle. They typically range from 900-1,200 sqft. Yes, that’s pretty small, but when done RIGHT it’s just enough space. This home in particular I am deeming a perfect 10/10. Great design, wonderful use of space, and checks literally every box!

✅ en-suite bathroom in primary bedroom
✅ SW facing windows (for the best natural light!)
✅ guest bath on the main level
✅ private backyard
✅ rooftop deck
✅ large garage
✅ curb appeal
✅ tons of storage space
✅ mini split a/c in every room

Often times atleast one or two of these things is missing in this size of home. Maybe you have a rooftop, but no backyard. Or a spacious living space, but no garage. This has everything & to top it off the cutest location just a block away from 2 amazing parks! Someone needs to buy this before I do 😂 DM for more info!
