The contents are tiramisu, raspberry ganache and raspberry sauce.

100g : Ruby chocolate RB1
A - 40g : Raspberry puree
A - 0.2g : Citric acid
A - 25g : Fresh cream35%
A - 10g : Invert sugar

[Tiramisu Canele]
200g : Mascarpone cheese
50g : Cream cheese
200 ml : Heavy cream
90g (45 g + 45 g) : Sugar
2 : Egg yolks

14g : Instant coffee
150 ml : Hot water
15g : Sugar
1/2 tbsp : Rum
