One day I thought, why don't we make KANPAI with Japanese sake for my Wagyu? After all, Wagyu is considered a Japanese ingredient. Some of my friends asked if they would like to try sparkling sake. I have tasted every single sparkling sake available, nothing really satisfied me. So I reached out to my friends Sharaku brothers to start making our sparkling together. After we dedicated together for 4 seasons, it turned out to be our biggest challenge during Covid time. Now we are ready to introduce our first sparkling sake "SM" the sake you have never met and you will say goodbye to your favorite champagne. Just rice and water...and a little love from us and Mother Nature.
