Going to a workout class IRL was something that was very hard for me to imagine for a really long time, and after a PCOS diagnosis and gaining weight while struggling with disordered eating, getting back to myself and changing things up is really important to me. prioritizing myself. hey, If things haven’t worked before why not try something new? I’m so proud of myself for motivating myself to get up today and go to this class that definitelyyyy challenged me but I DID IT!!!!! want to spread an ounce of motivation onto y’all. why let insecurity stop you from showing up for yourself, in whatever way that shows u for you?!
