This space had become a bit of a ‘catchall’ after moving in, and overall felt like such a blank space with beige painted walls, a white ceiling, and very little charm. We were able to transform the space over the course of just one weekend by wallpapering the walls (and ceiling!) with this beautiful paper from @sandbergwallpaper. We’ve used their wallpaper once before and they continue to have the most timeless prints and beautiful quality. We also elected to paint the trim and floors black, which was a bit of a bolder choice for us, but I love how traditional it is for the era of our cottage, and it really helps create a cozy balance with the print. I’m so excited to see this space continue to come to life, and can’t wait to start hosting guests in this cozy room.
