You climb up a narrow steep ridge with sheer drops on either side of you, often using chains on challenging sections. It is a true test of physical fitness and mental courage. I am SO proud of myself for completing the hike! As someone who used to be scared of heights, it reaffirmed to me that I have conquered that fear and I can continue to do so again and again in future.
